Cosplay!

Here is a page dedicated to VHD cosplay. I will display my own pictures here, but if anyone out there has their own cosplay pictures, please send them to me and I'll post them up here. Before I will post them, I must have the following information:

  • Who is pictured? (If it is not you, I must know -- not necessarily a name required, but just not ... "Here's a picture of a person that I saw." I'd like some authorization from a living person.

  • Where was the picture taken? (Conventions should be specific, please. Halloween parties or anime club meetings, etc., do not need to be specific.)

  • Who made it? (Some of us don't make our own costumes, as I full well know, being limited in my sewing abilities. Be honest here. No one is judging you. Half of the cosplay is the presence of the person wearing it, after all. It's just that other half where the costume comes into play.)

    Any special notes? (Self-explanatory, I would think.)

    So, here's an example (and I'm going to put up more pics of my own soon):

    This is a picture of me as D. It is a costume that I commissioned from Setsuna Kou's shoppe, and it was for Halloween. I wore it for trick-or-treating and three costume parties. People were pretty impressed due to the complexity of the costume, but it was quite hot to wear and the armor kept shifting as the hours wore on. I was happy with it, though, and considered the whole mass of it to be money well-spent.
